Today ends the final week of the winter semester. It has really been a great month of both fun and productivity. This week, I attended the Macaulay Seminar 4 event with speaker Leslie Koch, did my weekly workout at The Armory Track, and had a celebratory lunch at a Brooklyn diner for my final day of internship (and partially for my birthday). It was quite tasty – fish tacos and calamari. Although I had been looking forward the lunch I had brought, this lunch was very enjoyable.
As an extra special for today, my dad treated me, my aunt, my mom, and my brother to dinner at Kum Gang San (Korean BBQ). It was a fantastic birthday dinner.
One of the best things that happened today was that… it snowed! Even though it was just for a bit, some of it stuck and I take it as a sign of good times to come. I really did miss the snow and the mountains this year.
