I know I know I know this isn’t a self portrait of myself, but it is a portrait taken by yours truly, so hear me out. The picture that I took is of my friends when we went bowling. Although I do enjoy being in front of the camera, I also like to fantasize that I am a professional photographer and enjoy taking pictures for fun. I’m the type of photographer who will lie on the floor, if I must, to get the best angles. Personally, I think angles are what really make a photo interesting. Before taking this picture, I didn’t exactly have in mind how I wanted it to come out. I did know that I wanted to use portrait on my camera because with the dim and colorful lights in the bowling alley, I just knew that portrait would look really cool. And I was right; the background of the photo looks like a bunch of blurred out colors, some of which blend into each other. As for my muses, I honestly just pointed the camera at them, and they knew what to do.
