Welcome to the East 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th Streets, overlapping (or the outskirts of, depending on who you ask) the Flatiron District and Kips Bay, located near the East River waterfront. Taken from our own observations about this NYC neighborhood, we have created this website to serve as a taste of what these few blocks have to offer.
