Each of you has your own eportfolio account. If you haven’t set yours up yet, follow these instructions, then come back to this page.
To post on this site, you must be added as an author. If you have not already done so, please let Joe Pentangelo know the email address you used to create your eportfolio account.
Once you’ve been added to the site as an author, here’s how to post!
- Log in to Eportfolio Go to Macaulay’s eportfolios page, click “Log In” at the top, and log in. This will take you to your Dashboard.
- Select this Site From your Dashboard, move your cursor to “My Sites” in the top-leftmost corner of the screen. Click on “The Arts in New York City (2020)” from the dropdown.
- + New Click “+ New” at the top of the page. This will take you to the “Add New Post” page.
- Write Your Post In the “Add New Post” screen, you write the post you want to create. Enter the appropriate title and any text you want in the post. To upload files, click “Add Media” (it’s below the title but above the textbox for the body) and upload whatever files you want, then click “Insert Into Post” to insert them into the post.
- Choose Your Category Before publishing your post, make sure you choose the right category based on the date of the assignment. Check the appropriate box from the right side of the screen, under the “Categories” title.
- Publish! When your post is ready, click “Publish.”
If you’ve already made posts, but forgot to categorize them, please go back and edit them to select the right category. This makes sure you get credit for having done your assigned posting!
Please let me (Joe) know if you need help with any of this!
