Arianna Injeian

Hey guys! So as many of you already know, I’m Arianna. I’m originally from Connecticut, specifically a small town called Wilton within Fairfield County.  During middle school, I moved to Nyack, NY, a town in Rockland County (the county right across from Westchester). When I moved to Nyack, I began to partake in a lot of water sports since I was right on the Hudson.  It was then that I began to join a sailing and rowing team– two sports I still hold very dear to my heart.  In addition to water sports, I’m also very much into music.  I have been playing piano for about 12 years now and even joined the Macaulay Chamber Society.  Here at school I am majoring in medical anthropology on the pre-med track, and hopefully, I will be minoring in Spanish.  I love to travel and would love to eventually work for Doctors Without Borders.

The picture I chose to use is a photo of my sister and I at her wedding.  My sister and I are very close and I really look up to her.  She’s a special education teacher who lives in Massachusetts with her husband.

Beethoven

Hey class!

So, not sure about the rest of you, but I always find it really helpful to study with classical music.  I really love classical music, and actually play piano for the Macaulay Chamber Society.  Currently we are working on Beethoven’s Piano Trio in B-Minor.  Ever since we’ve started playing it, I haven’t been able to get it out of my head! It’s a beautiful piece with three very different movements.  I thought I’d share it with all of you- so enjoy!
