    Briant Park Breadline

    This is a photograph entitled “Bryant Park Breadline” and it was taken by Edward Steichen. Through this photograph, Edward Steichen emphasizes and reminds us of the issue of social class stratification that has always been and will remain prevalent in the world. Interestingly enough, he chooses the heart of New York City as a setting – the 42nd street.
