I really like this picture because it depicts a typical day in NYC and supports the fact that NYC is the “city that never sleeps.” This photograph also exemplifies the fact that this city is a melting pot. I immediately notice that there is a Chinese restaurant and a Korean restaurant a few feet away from each other and people of different ethnicities walking down the same street.
I agree, this picture shows the true meaning of New York City. No other city in the world is as diverse as New York and i think this picture does a great job of displaying that.
The melting pot aspect of NYC is really captured in this photo. Not only the restaurants, but there is a great diversity in the people walking down that street.
