Evaluation
Student evaluations are based on the following set of assignments and responsibilities.

Class attendance and participation
I cannot overemphasize the importance of class participation. I believe firmly that we all have knowledge and sensibilities to impart to and learn from one another. That works only if we all show up. So attendance each week — and arriving on time — is mandatory unless an emergency arises and you have received a dispensation from me.
