Salinas is a flour tortilla stuffed with melted cheese and grilled breast of chicken; topped with sour cream and tomato sauce. Tlacote is a flour quesadilla stuffed with pico de gallo and melted cheese; topped with guacamole and black olives. La Catrina is a quesadilla stuffed with melted cheese, sautéed spinach, jalapenos, onions and green sauce. Turulas is a quesadilla with cheese and chorizo; topped with guajillo sauce. Chorizo Parral is slices of Mexican sausage with a small portion of rice topped with sautéed pico de galla and green sauce. Cerrito is a quesadilla with cheese and vegetable; topped with sour cream and green tomatillo sauce.
