These questions are too broad and simplistic for the poster assignment. You should come up with more specific questions that can be addressed with data and interesting analyses.
Additionally, questions such as “how polluted are the rivers?” and “does NYC have air pollution?” can be answered with mere descriptions , and thus will not be very interesting as research topics.
