MOMA Visit

I think yesterday was the first time i've ever been to the MOMA. I remember when I was younger, I visited it like once, but maybe I was mistaken because I don't remember it at all! I walked into the museum and it was a whole new environment to me.  It was quite a fascinating scene because I have never seen that many pieces of art in one area. The Les Demoiselles D’Avignon was a lot bigger than I anticipated. I searched up the photo online, but it's nothing compared to the one in real life.  The photo is quite an intersting one. It's hard to tell whether the five girls in the photo are lying down or standing up, there can be two perspectives.  Also, the various colors in the background can also mean a lot of things.

There were many interesting paintings and objects that we saw throughout Professor Bergman's tour. The brown guitar that hung on the wall made out of what looked like paper or cardboard was quite fascinating. It was a picture of the inside of a guitar, yet had features of the front and 3D objects such as the strings and the hole in the middle. Another thing was the gold soccer player which looked pretty fascinating to me. It looked like a transformer in a way, but was just a soccer player running. One painting that was very confusing and I couldn't see anything, was the soccer player that was right next to the gold statue. It was the most colorful thing, but I couldn't see the figure within.

I am definitely going to visit the MOMA on my own one day. It's the perfect place to observe art in many forms.
