From The Integration of Dominican, Chinese, Russian and Mexican Immigrants in NYC
Hello, I am an African-American student living in New York City attending Baruch College of the City University of New York. I moved to New York as a new college student from Saint Louis, Missouri. My father is also African-American and my mother is African-American with backgrounds in Native American. I do not know much about my family's immigration background, since the farthest family we can trace back were still living in Saint Louis, MO.
