William Hampton-Sosa (william.hampton-sosa@baruch.cuny.edu), a native New Yorker, received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Information Systems from Baruch College and is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. Business program at the CUNY Graduate Center. His areas of interest include e-commerce business models and strategy, online consumer behavior, digital rights management systems, and information economics. He has co-authored articles that have appeared in Information & Management and the International Journal of Electronic Commerce. His current research is focused on the social-behavioral causes of digital piracy. Mr. Hampton-Sosa has taught object-oriented programming for several years, successfully incorporating various technologies into the teaching and learning process. Currently, he is exploring the use of technologies including web sites, weblogs, and wikis, in the work of Macaulay Honors College students and instructors. |
