These two charts come from the Community Snapshot of 2007[5]. CD6 includes Rego Park and Forest Hills. From these two charts we can see that Rego Park is doing economically better than other neighborhoods in Queens and is also doing better than New York City in general.
This is a chart with the percentage of students enrolled in private school in Rego Park and in the entire state of New York. The chart shows that in all levels of education, a higher percentage of students in Rego Park are enrolled in private school than in New York State.
