Our final project will be a video about how museums are beginning to showcase live performances like dances (ex. Works and Process at the Guggenheim) within the museum space itself. We want to investigate what brought about this change of including performance art into museums compared to just “traditional” art such as paintings or sculptures, which is more common.
We are still in the process of deciding a name for our project.
