Offering both hilly and flat terrain and a combination of surfaces, Central Park is a runner’s paradise. Entering at the Engineer’s Gate on East 90th Street to the Reservoir as the fall season begins to roll in is one of the most spectacular sites the city has to offer. Named after the ever so classy Jackie O, the 1.58 mile loop is a runner’s dream–a dirt path, majestic views, and cherry blossoms beginning to bloom shading the loop.
