Creative Work 3: World of Wonders

I step outside to a world of wonders,

Is this beauty planned out, or one of nature’s blunders?

Up high the sun is scorching the sky,

And around me flaps the wings of a butterfly.

I take a deep breath and close my eyes,

Smelling the sweet roses that are blooming nearby.

Above me the birds sing their melodious tune,

And ahead water sparkles from the great blue lagoon.

I keep my feet moving against the moistened ground,

Each step moving me forward with a single sound.

I see friendly faces as I pace through the park,

Some giggling, some smiling, some light, some dark.

They all look so different but there’s something’s the same

Each one possesses beauty, despite their different names.

Whether it’s inside or outside, their beauty shines bright,

Illuminating the earth just like the blazing sunlight

This poem is beautiful, and that is my favorite yoga song! Haha. The video clips along with the song made this whole video so relaxing. No matter how many problems we may find that’s wrong with the world, it truly is amazing once we stop and look at the little things that all came so naturally. There’s another thing we all have to be grateful for today.

I love your video because it is so serene. I think the song really creates the perfect mood to match your beautiful poem. I also really liked the video clips, my favorite was the fast-forwarded walk through the park. You did a really good job!
