    Nice work. Here’s some feedback…

    1. Keep working on that title! A good title goes a long way, and can help bring focus to your project.

    2. Project aims look good. Can you add something about the aim of the white paper and popular education materials?

    3. Research design and strategy also good. I’d like if you could also consider how the current situation relates to past mental health initiatives and organizing. Your community contacts will be great resources for this.

    4. Key Activities and Proposed Deliverables are great and I’m sure will become more clear/concrete as you connect with community contacts- any more luck with this?

    5. Excellent workplan and timeline. For your division of labor, you might consider having different people take on different aspects of the issue. (see how the other groups are doing this in their briefs)
