Ever since the Greeks began immigrating to the United States they have adapted to maintain their Greek heritage away from their homelands.  This section will discuss the customs and traditions practiced by Greek Americans, and how they attempt to balance assimilation into mainstream American society with the preservation of their cultural identity.
