All I know is my own confusion

Many people are afraid to let their true selves loose
I hope i’ll learn to let my pure self out
Many apps are designed to capture our attention
I hope to realize that’s not what I want to waste time on
Many foods that lack nutrients are designed to addict us
I hope to begin craving food that’s healthy
Much information can be known instantaneously
I hope to be resilient from the pull of chaos
I need mystery
and time for myself
to learn once again what it means to be human
I have to stop believing I need to know everything there is to know
too much information does more harm than good
I have access to all of it, and I need to learn
how to find what I need
and what not to look for!
