This picture was taken right outside my house in Jamaica, Queens. I’ve seen the transformation that it has gone through and it displays Robert Godberson’s point. This house acts a microcosm for NYC as a whole in a sense that it is only through what looks like garbage on the outside can we really appreciate the treasure within.
