In case any of you were wondering, the above language is French. My name is Josh Solomowitz and I can now say I live in the greatest city on the planet.

There’s a lot I can say about myself here, but I will keep it somewhat brief. I’m 18 years old and live on Long Island and am also an identical twin.

I can honestly say I’m proud of what I’ve done. First off, congrats everyone on getting into Macaulay Honors College. That is a feat by itself. My greatest accomplishments include conducting science research at a world-renowned research facility, being a Bar-Mitzvah, and being selected by my high school to meet Michelle Obama.

I plan to major in international business while minoring in environmental science, economics, and French. Traveling is my favorite thing to do (a big reason I’m going into INTERNATIONAL business). I’ve been all over western Europe, Mexico, and Canada. Learning about different cultures is something I really enjoy.

My hobbies include hanging out with friends, reading, playing trumpet, meeting new people, and learning new things.
