- Aliaznza Dominicana is a non-profit organization that was founded in the late 1980’s with locations in Washington Heights and the Bronx. Alianza aims to assist youth, families, and public and private institutions by encouraging Community Development. Alianza’s mission is to make Dominican people valuable contributors to our nation. Alianza hosts a variety of programs and services including Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment with Prevention of Foster Care Placement, Community Achievement Program in the Schools (CAPS), Comprehensive Community Centers, and Conjunto Folklorico.
