Congee is a type of rice porridge, with a mix of meats or vegetables added in.  Usually, Congee is served hot in bowls, and is salty, but there are also canned Congee which is sweet.  Congee Village is probably the best place to grab Congee on a cold winter day.  Eatting Congee provides your body with warmth.  But don’t worry!
