Assigning Posts to Categories
When you create a post, be sure to assign it to the correct category so that it shows up in the category link sidebar for readers to find. After you’ve previewed your post and are ready to publish, find the “categories” box to the right of the post box and check the right one. //

If you forget to do this, like I just did, you can go back to “posts” and “edit” and assign it then, or reassign it, or assign it to more categories, etc. //
