More Than Just Frozen Yogurt: Blurb 4

[display_podcast]

On your way to Baruch, you might have noticed a small shop with cute, bubbly Korean writing on the windowpanes. Since the store is painted pink, it stands out from the block of serious-looking businesses. This is Yogurberry. Like its competitors Red Mango and Pinkberry, Yogurberry sells frozen yogurt. Due to the current health trend, frozen yogurt has become widely popular, replacing ice cream on many American’s diets. What you may not know about this little shop, run by 2-3 people, is that it also sells a variety of other delicious treats. There is the ever-famous traditional Japanese sushi, Korean-style sushi (kimbap), Korean Udon noodles, Ramen noodles, and Korean stir-fried rice-dough (topoki). The Yogurberry near Baruch is pretty small; there is barely enough room for 5 standing customers. There is also a wall-table with 3 stools, for those few who wish to eat there, and the walls are covered in pictures of delicious-looking dishes. Thus, despite its size, the business is always good as the place offers consumers a variety of Korean goods at a fairly cheap price.

I pass by this shop everyday, but I never thought of going in there – probably because Pinkberry is so close by. I would have never known there were also a variety of snacks other than frozen yogurt. Hopefully, I’ll get to try it soon. After all, you certainly can’t find kimbap at Pinkberry. 😉

I have grown up with the flavors of Pinkberry such as their coconut flavor as well as their new chocolate flavor! Like Tiffany said, I always pass by this place but never tried it. Normally when I am in “Korean town,” I first eat KimBap at this place called Woorijip followed by Red Mango or Pinkberry but I will be sure to check this place out- Yogurberry!

I have an obsession with frozen yogurt!! On second thought, i have an obsession with good food in general. I actually never knew that had other things other than frozen yogurt. I ate frozen yogurt there and it was really tasty. I usually get dark chocolate and raspberry toppings. I enjoyed watching your blurb!=)

Now this is my kind of blurb! Love the creativity and expression of food as an art. Frozen yogurt rocks and deserves a spot in our blog

Frozen yogurt is so good! I have yet to try this store’s fro-yo and their kimbab along with everything that they have to offer. I think the store’s size just makes everything much warmer and cozier.

Frozen yogurt is amazing! That is why I love this blurb, other than the great use of voice, pictures, and technology. I didn’t know that Yogurberry offered more than just froyo, but I have to say…. I feel like Red Mango is better. Sorry, just have to put that out there. My favorite order: Large Coconut flavored yogurt, topped off with Kiwi, Strawberries, Blueberries, Black Berries, and Mango. It does not get better than that.
