How does one live a long life? How does antioxidants and diet play a part? Well, the Sardinian people have been doing it for centuries.
I pray today to shield the blades of love
that scatter end to end to take my life.
To move away the sirens and the dove.
And keep away all people from its knife.
There’s still a time for joy under the sun.
The blade can’t stand the wounds of joy and fun.
