In the Media Studies course I am taking this semester, I’ve been learning about digital marketing and advertising and how companies use things like big data and algorithms in order to present specific information to people in the online space. How does Capacity Interactive use these tools in their own marketing strategies? What results do you guys hope to see when you implement such strategies? Do you believe big data and algorithms are more effective than other marketing tools? How exactly does the company come up with different marketing strategies for their clients? Is there a specific process that is followed for each client?
