A query

After listening to CI to Eye, I was left not completely understanding his actual view that would somehow not be considered reverse racism. His employees were “99.9 %” white, and so in his attempt at diversifying the workplace, jobs would go to people of color instead of deserving white people. That is not to say that people of color are less qualified, but that they would be given an immediate advantage over Caucasian people.  Especially considering the fact that he already has staff (and not hiring from the ground up), in efforts to bring different perspective he not be hiring one specific perspective. This, to me, seems hypocritical as in efforts to include he effectively excludes.
