Who is the intended audience of Capacity Interactive? Are they looking to partner with already well-established companies and help them create a stronger social media presence, or do they help smaller companies reach more popularity by helping them market in better ways? (this does not have to be mutually exclusive). I saw the list of clients on the CI website and they all seemed to be very large corporations. However, wouldn’t a company such as The Juilliard School or Alvin Ailey have their own marketing section within their company and not need an outside marketing group? Alternatively, does CI work specifically with the marketing section within a big corporations to create the best solutions possibly?
