The programs are aired from 8 am to 2 pm every day. Every lesson is an hour long, with 15 minutes of watching the lesson on TV and 45 minutes spent discussing the lesson with the teacher, working on the exercises found in the workbook, and ending in a brief evaluation of what was learned from the lesson. After this, another lesson starts and the same routine is followed.

Students are provided two books each, one providing explanations of the televised lessons of all core subjects, and the other containing a learning guide aimed toward engaging students in group activities or practical applications of the lessons.

Teachers are provided with a guide on how to handle the class after the 15-minute televised lessons. This helps them maximize the time to engage the students in the lessons. Strategies on how to adapt the lesson to a more practical and local understanding are provided as well.

On the weekends, teachers are given televised updates on teaching techniques, training, and other resources to keep them up to speed with the rest of the teachers in the urban areas.
