Faculty Center for Professional Development
The Faculty Center for Professional Development at CSI provides services and leadership relevant to teaching, learning and scholarship. We are similar to other CTLs at CUNY in providing training and support for Blackboard, Best Practices for online and traditional college teaching, and a wide range of office and pedagogic technologies used by faculty. We differ from most other CTLs in that we also support travel grants ($80,000-$100,000 per year) for faculty presenting their research, performance and scholarship at national and international venues.
