Provost’s Learning Space
This is the inaugural version of The Provost’s Learning Space, sponsored and generously supported by our Provost Dr. Paul Arcario at LaGuardia Community College. The PLS is to be a faculty-led seminar on a topic relevant to our students and teaching with the Provost as an active participant. This year’s topic is on the digital humanities. There are 5 planned seminar sessions during Winter / Spring 2014, plus online / hybrid work on exploring resources in the digital humanities, with a goal of creating a small project that might be useful for our teaching or scholarship.
