The Hybrid Initiative at BCC
We have been preparing faculty for several years to teach online, and to improve the quality of online instruction. Through the hybrid initiative we sought to align all of the support services needed on the campus (registrar, advisement, bursar, IT, etc.) to support students and faculty in an online program whether hybrid or asynchronous.
