This is New York City’s direct method of government planning.They present the framework of the canal as well as what could be done to improve it. The presentation is systematic and budgeted. This is not biased and is probably one of the best sources in my repertoire. Perhaps in analyzing the government’s presentation, we will be given an insight on the focus, or at least the government’s focus, on what is considered crucial to revitalizing the Canal. Given that insight, it then becomes possible to suggest possibilities that would further enhance the project.
