If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive and exotic restaurant to go to when in Corona, Jardin is definitely the place for you!  The restaurant offers mixed Chinese and Hispanic cuisines that will leave your tastebuds more than satisfied. The combine culture of the food makes this restaurant a definite stop to make. The service is quick and the waiters are extremely friendly and social. All in All, a fabulous place to dine.

Louis ArmStrong House Museum

Open most days of the week and available for a small admission price of $10 for adults and $7 for children, the Louis ArmStrong House Museum is a recommendable visiting attraction. The museum offers group tours and hosts special events in commemoration of Louis Armstrong.

A great wide open space for friends and family to bound and enjoy the day outside! Flushing Meadow park is free of charge and open for public use. It offers various and changing recreational activities such as sports. It also consists of other recreational places to attend like the Queens Museum of Art, the Queens Zoo, a science museum, botanical gardens, the Queens Theatre and lastly the baseball stadium. Its main and most known symbol is its Unisphere- steel globe- that can be a great photo stop for families and individuals. Definitely a fun place to check out during the spring or summer!

Citi Field

For all the sports fanatics out there, Queens is also home to the Mets baseball team. Citi field is at the doorsteps of Corona and is a great summer attraction. You can kick back and relax to watch the ball game.

Langston Hughes Community Library and Cultural Center

Location: 100-01 Northern Boulevard. Corona, NY 11368.

Corona also has a its own public library open for anyones use. It has computer access and is a great place to do any type of school/office work. Aside from the basics, the Library offers workshops, skill learning classes, and as well as theatre readings. It also contains a black heritage reference center. It makes sure to be inclusive to all age groups with programs specified for various interests and services that can accommodate a diverse group of people.
