Additional:

·      More effective communication among and between Council and Committee members is needed.

·      It was officially decided and should be added to our bylaws that in the event that someone resigns from their seat as an MSC representative, the runner-up in the original election will be allowed to take his or her seat. If no runner-up was named in the election of that seat, then runner-ups of the other MSC seats of that campus may take the place of the resigned representative. And if there is no runner-up available to take the seat, a volunteer may take the place of the resigned representative.

·      Aparna replaced Jake as the 2013 Queens MSC Representative

·      Use of the Macaulay Septopus can be requested by emailing macaulayartsnight@gmail.com

·      Macaulay gear & new designs/new supplier update – problem with finding a cost-effective company with good quality

o   Planning to do a product comparison between Project 571, Zazzle and Café Express products

·      The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 6th at 1pm
