"I really like your idea! It would be enjoyable to watch, especially since food shows are so popular these days. Maybe you could have a team of chefs and then a panel of judges (or members of the audience?) that would ask the chefs questions, while they cook a particular dish. You can pick the best questions that would portray the main themes you found in your chapter, or whatever you want to emphasize about your research.
