A lonely prayer

A lonely prayer, as depicted above, comes up on my mind when I think about the climate change, global warming, environmental movements, and etc. It’s a very lonely fight if someone is standing up for the environment. In the first world, including myself, even the simplest action that we can do for the climate change seems extremely hard. For example, driving less or using less air conditioner sound very easy. But, let’s really consider it and think about it. Can we really do that? Can we really sacrifice our own comfort for those who are suffering from the climate change? Can we be that altruistic? This picture makes me ponder upon that thought. I want to say the words that I really mean to say.
