Climate Changed
Reading a graphic novel is very new to me. Because it seemed like a picture book I was more inclined to read it. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my novels but for this particular subject I liked the use of the graphic novel. The way Squarzoni goes about making it is new, thus interesting. As I read the novel Squarzoni began stating valid points, which I think everyone of us has asked yourself at one point or another when we think about climate change. Just like the character in the novel I have asked myself how much do I really know about climate change, how much longer can I let myself go on doing nothing, and do we have any leeway? Also what exactly can I do, and if I do decide to do something how do I go about doing so?
I like that Squarzoni begins the story as a toddler, and at the end of his childhood he asks about the beginning, middle, and end. I am eager to get to the story line, I want to know who the narrator is, and I want to get to the action of the story already. As of now there is so much mystery, and so much we don’t know. I really want to get there already.
