Rotating an Image

Having an image in your post that’s showing up sideways? You can edit it!

As shown in the screengrab below, while editing your post you can just click on the image and Edit Original. This brings up a host of options, including not only rotation left and right, but also an opportunity to resize or crop to your heart’s content. (Pro tip: you can also use these options when you first upload, by clicking the small “Edit Image” link in the right-hand column.)

NB: If you’ve already saved your post, editing the original image won’t automatically update the copy attached to your page, so click it again, and this time press Replace: see the second screengrab. This will allow you to select the same image again, this time properly rotated. Update and save, and you’re all set!
