A Complete Victory

When did everything start? When did this earth even start? There are many different theories that prove different “truths” about this matter, but we are not too sure about what happened. Telling the starting point of something is fairly hard. When did this global warming start? It is hard to say, when we are still in the movie of climate change. When this movie of extreme weathers and temperatures end, we will then watch the beginning and say, “Ah, that was when it all started.” We have amnesia. We forget, forget, and forget. We know the signs and evidences that prove global warming, yet we are foolish enough to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

The shame of victory is a sense of vanity you feel with the satisfaction of being done. I feel that after the climate march. Yes, we marched. Yes, bunch of other people marched. But, what did actually change? It’s the shame of victory. Now, we have to turn that into a complete victory without shame nor vanity.
