Memory of Climate Changed
You know the usually picture of the earth: the perfect circle filled with mixtures of blues, greens, and hints of white clouds. There’s mostly blue. SO MUCH BLUE! But the crazy thing is that this picture was taken at 1972 during the last Apollo mission. Actually the craziest part is that a section of the earth is always in the dark. You can only see the a slice of the world similar to a crescent. I feel like my life is a lie; I guess, in a way, the darkness parallels the idea that there’s so much hidden about the the state of the environment. Before this class, I thought this world was doing alright. Water and trees are still around. But, possibly, the typical vision of the earth may be transformed into the picture above. Our generation and generations after us might end up like Noria. We may have wear masks every time we come outside and barter for water. I know this for sure: “The coming years will be crucial.”
