We’ve created a monster!!!

Yes, we have created a monster. WE have created a monster. But, now what? Something has to be done. The climate crises is within us. We have to change ourselves, so we can change the planet.

Where there is a lot water, there will be more water; where there is a lack of water, there will be even less water. This is a serious problem, which no one will realize until it happens. What will tomorrow look like? There will be higher temperatures, changes in precipitation, droughts, rising sea levels, a lack of biodiversity, and so on. These things will all happen eventually and then what will be done? Then we will finally realize that we should have done something earlier.

The same picture that was shown earlier is now being shown again on page 294. There are people standing in front of a bunch of TVs looking at cars and airplanes; they are completely oblivious to the chaos that is ensuing before them, so they still “don’t notice a thing.” The people are now submerged in water and they still “don’t notice a thing.” When will we notice what is happening? When we are drowning in the problems we created?
