Haha That Ending Though

Squarzoni really emphasizes the importance of our actions in this chapter: interdependence and interrelated. People indeed are indebted to each other and the generations ahead of them. Our ancestors have shaped us and our descendants will have to face the consequences of our actions.

The amazing thing that really gives me hope is knowing that during world war 1 the US was able to transform its automobile industry into a war industry.

By the end of the book Squarzoni is straightforward with us. Instead of using a lot of pictures to symbolize what he means he talks straight to us with simple, but symbolic pictures.

I actually loved the way Squarzoni ended the book. It was very cute and I laughed. It was a different way to end the book. He admitted that he didn’t know what the future held or how things would work out, and talked about ending with two negatives. In a way that was funny because in math when you multiply two negatives you get a positive. So in a way I guess Squarzoni tries to end on a positive and humorous light note.
