Botanical Garden

For my third trip, I went to the NY Botanical Garden and I went into the Holiday Train Show.  It was actually a lot more interesting than I expected it to be.  Being allergic to flowers and pollen, I’ve just grown with little interest in them.  But I was very impressed with how these plants were strategically placed to create beautiful pieces of art.  One of my favorite pieces is the one shown above of the head of the Statue of Liberty.  This picture doesn’t do it justice because the amount of intricate detail put into this work of art is simply amazing and I can’t even imagine attempting to do something like this.  Other things they created were places like the George Washington Bridge, Yankee Stadium and other amazing sights to see around the world.
