A Not So Hidden Gem

    Even though I have walked through this area of campus plenty of times, today was the first time that I actually noticed that there were engravings on the ground. In fact, up until today, I had no idea about the vast amounts of artwork spread throughout the campus. As we walked through the Intersections, I noticed that the engravings gradually grew in complexity. Towards the end of the Intersections, there seemed to be an explosion of wise and knowledgeable quotes. This quote in particular caught my attention because it echoes my personal philosophy. As cliche as it sounds, life really is what you make it. If someone only sends out negative energy into the universe, then more negativity will follow. But if an individual makes an effort to be positive, positivity will surely follow.
