NYC drinking water is not as safe as it is often advertised to be, and there exist many types of at home water filters you can use to protect yourself from contaminants. One example of significantly improved drinking water quality can be found in Switzerland. Their integrated, multi-cleaning technique, water system combined with the most stringent water quality regulations is what gives them the title of the world’s cleanest water supply. Another thing to be noted is how systems for filtering water can be undermined by natural disasters.
