The Shocking Reality of COVID-19’s Effects on the Macaulay BioBlitz
Being in lockdown has changed everything about our lives – especially the BioBlitz! For our project, we delved into how COVID-19 may or may not have changed the way students participated in this year’s BioBlitz

As everyone is well aware, COVID-19 turned our world upside down, and college life was no exception. What was once an exciting outdoor adventure with our fellow Macaulay peers, the BioBlitz had to be transformed to fit this new online platform. Our group decided to take a closer look at this transformation and analyze how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the participation among the Macaulay students in 2020’s BioBlitz.
