Arts in NYC Seminar: A Class Parody (Playbill)
This is a group project by Muniyat Choudhury, Mohammed Hussain, Yori Xhumari, Aleika Chery, and Theo Frye Yanos. It is a playbill for our performance, which was a parody of the many funny antics that went on in our class.
In Scene 1, Prof. Judell makes a deal with the Grim Reaper to keep his voice, in exchange for bullying his students, and making them watch a terrible movie called Attack of the Demons. In Scene 2, we reenact a scene from our encounter with a questionable comedian who visited the class. In Scene 3, we attempt to bring to life the legendary CCNY performance of No Exit, which Prof. Judell infamously warned us not to watch directly afterward. In Scene 4, we take everything back to where it started with a discussion of what to do for our group project.
